Company Profile Established in 1992, Westbank has developed, or is currently developing projects exceeding $3.8 Billion at cost. We are a multi-disciplined developer with large-scale projects in most sectors in the real estate industry: mixed use, retail, office, residential and hotel. Westbank has set the standard for the contemporary residential high-rise real estate market in Vancouver. We are now taking that same approach to exciting new developments in other cities.

Westbank has evolved over the last few years from being the dominant neighbourhood shopping centre developer in Western Canada to becoming one of the most active development companies on the west coast of North America. The Westbank portfolio of projects completed or underway consists of approximately 11 million square feet and includes such prominent developments as: Shaw Tower, Living Shangri-la and Woodward's in Vancouver, Century Park in Edmonton, Shangri-La in Toronto, Parc Residences, Shutters and The Falls in Victoria and Azure in Dallas, Texas. In the summer of 2006, Westbank commenced construction on the Fairmont Pacific Rim, an 800,000 square foot development featuring a world class Fairmont Hotel and 175 of Vancouver's most exclusive residences located in Coal Harbour, adjacent to Shaw Tower.

Strategy
Our product mix includes luxury condominiums, Class A Office Space, several neighbourhood grocery anchored shopping centres, Live/Work units, rental apartments, hotel properties, non-market housing and institutional facilities. Our versatility is our competitive advantage. We believe future opportunities will lie primarily in the redevelopment of urban lands, which will often involve multiple uses and highly complex entitlement processes.
